March 23, 2025 – Hangzhou Quanxin Packaging Co., Ltd., located in the Houtang Industrial Functional Zone of Genglou Street, has invested 15 million yuan in factory renovation and introduced an automated production line for FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bags, focusing on serving the packaging needs of bulk materials such as calcium carbonate and building materials. The production line has now been fully operational.
Stepping into Quanxin Packaging’s production workshop, one is greeted by a nearly 100-meter automated assembly line where dozens of precision devices operate efficiently, resembling an “industrial loom.” Guided by robotic arms, the base fabric made of polyethylene and polypropylene threads is woven together through multiple processes, crisscrossing to form a sturdy structure. Only a couple of staff members are needed to manage the entire production line. According to sources from the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, in the tensile testing area, quality inspectors are conducting strength tests on newly produced FIBC bags. The hydraulic tensile machine gradually applies pressure, and the values on the display screen continue to rise, marking a crucial “checkpoint” before each batch of products leaves the factory to ensure that every FIBC bag meets the required tensile strength standards.
Established in October 2024, Quanxin Packaging has developed a drawing-grade production line primarily for manufacturing products like container bags and FIBC bags, providing supporting services to related enterprises. Currently, the production line can achieve a daily output of 10 tons. The general manager of Hangzhou Quanxin Packaging Co., Ltd., stated that the company addresses the transportation packaging needs of powder enterprises like calcium carbonate by optimizing the weaving process and material ratios through the automated production line. This not only enhances product quality and production efficiency but also offers customized services to enterprises with specific packaging requirements.
