February 19, 2025 – Lingyun Corporation has recently unveiled plans for its subsidiary, Shanghai Yada Automobile, to take a significant step in its international expansion strategy. The company announced the establishment of a new venture in Morocco, named Morocco Yada Automobile Plastics Co., Ltd. This new entity will serve as a beachhead for Shanghai Yada Automobile in the European and North African markets, focusing on the supply of automotive piping and energy storage lines.
According to the announcement, Morocco Yada Automobile will have a registered capital of 7.6 million euros, fully funded by Shanghai Yada Automobile through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yada (Hong Kong) International Investment Co., Ltd., which will hold a 100% stake in the new company. This move underscores Shanghai Yada Automobile’s determination and confidence in expanding its international footprint.
