Innovative Mixer Patent Granted to Ningbo Handian for Color Masterbatch

January 18, 2025 – Ningbo Handian Communication Technology Co., Ltd. Secures Patent for High-Efficiency Color Masterbatch Mixer

Ningbo Handian Communication Technology Co., Ltd. has recently been granted a utility model patent for its “Specialized High-Efficiency Mixer for Color Masterbatch,” with the patent application dating back to May 2024.

This innovative mixer is tailor-made for color masterbatch, featuring a compact structure that includes a mixing barrel, servo motor, hopper, stirring rod, mixing frame, fixed plate, and internal gear ring as its core components. The servo motor is installed at the central top of the mixing barrel, with the hopper connected above for easy material input. Inside the top of the mixing barrel, the stirring rod is connected through a rotating mechanism, with its top end tightly coupled to the output shaft of the servo motor. Notably, the stirring rod also has a rotating connection to the mixing frame, whose blades extend outward to the fixed plate, making close contact with the inner wall of the mixing barrel.

According to the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, the working principle of this mixer is ingenious. The servo motor drives the stirring rod to rotate clockwise, while the stirring rod drives the first gear to rotate counterclockwise through a second gear, which in turn transmits motion through the internal gear ring to make the mixing frame rotate counterclockwise. This clever combination of clockwise rotation of the stirring rod and counterclockwise rotation of the mixing frame creates a bidirectional mixing effect on the color masterbatch raw materials, significantly enhancing mixing efficiency. Furthermore, the synchronized rotation of the fixed plate and scraper effectively scrapes off any material adhered to the inner wall of the mixing barrel, ensuring comprehensive and uniform mixing of the color masterbatch raw materials.
