Yuntianhuashi has recently accomplished the commissioning of its 70,000 tons per year polypropylene powder plant. At 11:20 on August 8th, the plant smoothly injected catalyst and commenced operation. Just two hours later, at 13:10, it successfully completed the polymerization section and powder conveying process, producing qualified polypropylene powder. This significant milestone marks the one-time successful startup of Yuntianhuashi’s polypropylene product diversification strategy equipment and signifies a new major advancement in Yuntianhua Group’s promotion of the petrochemical industry chain.
According to the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, this project is not only a crucial aspect of Yuntianhuashi’s “1234” development strategy but also a key initiative in its “14th Five-Year Plan” industrial development blueprint. Utilizing the increased propylene production from the Yunnan oil refining project as raw material, the annual output of 70,000 tons of polypropylene powder finds widespread applications in medical equipment, automobile parts, household appliances, and other domains, effectively catering to differentiated market demands.
