Sennic Chemicals (Taixing) Co., Ltd. has recently received accolades with its 8,500-ton annual capacity expansion project for high-fastness, high-performance organic pigments being selected for the Commerce Ministry’s significant foreign investment projects list. This recognition underscores the company’s prominent position in the industry and its robust growth trajectory.

The highlighted project, which employs advanced technologies such as pressurization, filtration, drying, and milling, aims to establish a production line that aligns with national industrial policy incentives. This line will have an annual output of 8,500 tons of premium organic pigments. Additionally, the project entails adaptive renovations to utility and auxiliary systems to ensure seamless operation, ultimately achieving the production capacity of high-quality organic pigments. Currently, the project is at a critical juncture in its main construction phase, and upon completion, it is poised to significantly diversify the domestic range of high-fastness, high-performance organic pigments, effectively replacing lead-containing alternatives, and promoting green development within the industry.
According to insights from Color Masterbatch Industry Network, in response to the directives of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the Commerce Ministry, along with relevant departments, has established a dedicated task force for key foreign investment projects. This task force employs a “one-on-one” direct service mechanism, regular surveys, and project investment monitoring to dynamically track project progress and promptly address challenges encountered during implementation. The successful selection of Sennic Chemicals (Taixing)’s three projects not only showcases the company’s strength and potential but also highlights the Commerce Ministry’s emphasis on and support for high-end manufacturing and high-tech industries, which are priority areas for development under the 14th Five-Year Plan.
