A groundbreaking collaboration between Meixin Technology (NewTechWood) and Nature Home is set to redefine eco-friendly flooring solutions as their joint venture in Thailand prepares for trial production. The state-of-the-art facility, located in Chonburi Province, represents a 65 million HKD investment with an annual capacity of 8 million square meters—projected to generate 400-500 million RMB in yearly revenue.
This partnership combines NewTechWood’s global distribution network—spanning over 50 countries with 90% self-branded sales—with Nature Home’s design expertise and strong brand value (91 billion RMB), creating a powerful synergy in the competitive flooring market. The Thailand base strategically leverages local cost advantages and free trade agreements, enabling the companies to navigate international trade barriers while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
The project’s most innovative aspect lies in its use of recycled PET plastics to develop RPC (Recycled PET Composite) flooring—a first in the industry. This technological advancement not only gives new life to waste materials but also establishes a new category of sustainable composite flooring. As the global SPC flooring market grows at 4.81% annually, RPC products are poised to capture market share with their superior environmental credentials.
Industry analysts highlight this venture as a model for Chinese building material companies expanding overseas.
