This ambitious venture stems from the expansion of an existing 140,000-ton nano-scale calcium hydroxide new material project, integrating multiple new production lines to bolster both capacity and product diversity.
With a total investment of 32 million yuan, including 640,000 yuan dedicated to environmental protection, accounting for 2% of the total, the construction for this 8,609-square-meter facility is anticipated to span five months. Leveraging calcium oxide and calcium carbonate as primary raw materials, the project will employ meticulous processing techniques to yield high-grade calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide powder, calcium carbonate powder, and limestone products in various specifications. These outputs are poised to cater extensively to the building materials sector, addressing the market’s appetite for premium calcium products.
According to Color Masterbatch Industry Network insights, the production process boasts advanced technology. Taking the high-grade calcium hydroxide production line as an example, raw lime blocks undergo crushing, slaking, and powder selection stages to produce qualified calcium hydroxide new materials. Notably, the slaking stage adopts a triple-slaking process, ensuring thorough reaction between calcium oxide and water to generate superior-quality calcium hydroxide. The entire production cycle operates within a closed system, equipped with state-of-the-art dust removal systems, guaranteeing that environmental standards align with national benchmarks.
