Revolutionizing Protective Film Manufacturing: HuiJing’s New Patented Technology

January 21, 2025 – HuiJing (Dongguan) Technology Co., Ltd. has recently achieved a significant breakthrough in the field of protective film production technology, by filing a patent for an “Antistatic Flame-Retardant Composite Protective Film Production Line” . The patent application was submitted in November 2024.

According to the patent abstract, this new technology introduces an innovative design for the antistatic flame-retardant composite protective film production line. The core components of the production line include an extrusion box mounted on a base plate and supported by legs, equipped with an advanced heating system. Notably, the extrusion box is designed with a feed screw shaft at one end and an extrusion screw shaft at the other, both featuring centrally-located holes. Additionally, a mixing shaft is positioned in the middle of the extrusion box, significantly enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of the production line.

With the installation of feeding chutes and adjustable inserts, operators can precisely adjust the feeding amount of each feeding tube according to actual needs, enabling automated material proportioning and feeding. This design not only improves the flexibility of the production line but also significantly enhances product quality and stability. Furthermore, the production line is equipped with a reclaim component that automatically collects waste material, processes it once a certain amount is collected, and then conveys it back into the extrusion box to complete the reclaiming process. This innovative design greatly reduces manual intervention and enhances the automation level of the production line.
