Portuguese Experts Aid Hamingji in PVC Line Debugging for Mass Production

February 21, 2025 – Hamingji (Ningbo) Automotive New Materials Co., Ltd., based in Chunxiao, Beilun, Ningbo, is embracing an international technical cooperation extravaganza. Recently, a technical team comprising 25 Portuguese experts arrived at this Sino-Portuguese-American joint venture, with the mission to assist in equipment debugging, tackle production technical challenges, and ensure the smooth commissioning of the new production line.

Upon arrival at the workshop, the experts swiftly dove into intense work. They focused on the meticulous debugging of the PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) production line, while providing comprehensive technical support to the company, gearing up for the impending mass production. It is reported that Hamingji has invested 25 million yuan in the TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) capacity expansion project and the PVC production line, both of which are now in the crucial debugging phase. With the expert team’s assistance, the PVC production line is expected to commence mass production in May this year.

In recent years, Hamingji has been dedicated to optimizing and upgrading its product mix. Especially amid the booming new energy vehicle market, the company’s new energy vehicle components have accounted for over half of its products, and this proportion continues to grow. The new production line is housed in the company’s smart workshop, where fully automated equipment operates efficiently, requiring only a few workers for auxiliary operations.

According to AsiaMB’s industry insights, since its commissioning in 2018, Hamingji’s products have been widely used in interior components for multiple renowned car models, including the Ford Edge, Cadillac XT5, Jeep Grand Commander, Lincoln Corsair, and nearly 20 other models. The commissioning of the new production line will further enhance the company’s production capacity and market competitiveness, injecting new vitality into its future development.

Hamingji’s responsible person, Pei Laiyong, expressed full confidence. He said, “In 2025, we will enter the ‘dual-product era,’ with TPO and PVC production lines advancing side by side, jointly driving the company to achieve greater growth. It is estimated that these two new production lines will bring a 30% increase in the company’s output value.”
