Kunshan Qicaiyun Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. has made a significant breakthrough in the field of EVA color masterbatch technology, successfully obtaining a utility model patent for an “Environmentally Friendly Continuous EVA Color Masterbatch Mixing Device.” The patent application was filed in May 2024.
At the heart of this patent lies an innovative continuous mixing device specifically designed for EVA color masterbatch. Its uniqueness stems from a feeding hopper that serves as the starting point for the addition of color masterbatch. During operation, the color masterbatch is continuously poured into the feeding hopper and naturally falls into the feeding assembly. As the color masterbatch accumulates, the weight of the feeding assembly gradually increases, triggering the gravity component to extend downward and guide the feeding assembly into the mixing chamber.
According to the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, once inside the mixing chamber, the feeding assembly begins to rotate under the influence of the gravity component, skillfully dumping the color masterbatch onto the outer wall of the mixing component. The mixing component then thoroughly mixes the color masterbatch to ensure uniform quality. Subsequently, the conveying component takes over to transport the mixed color masterbatch out of the device. When the color masterbatch in the feeding assembly is completely emptied, its weight decreases, causing the gravity component to retract and reset the feeding assembly back into the feeding hopper, preparing for the next round of weighing and transportation of color masterbatch. This ensures the continuous and efficient operation of the mixing device.
