March 12, 2025 – Supcon Technology has emerged as the standout winner in the bidding for the Main Digital Vendor (MDV) role in the ChinaCoal Shaanxi Energy & Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ChinaCoal Shaanxi”)’s Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base project, securing a contract worth nearly a hundred million yuan. This mega-project, with a total investment of 23.8 billion yuan, not only represents ChinaCoal’s strategic move to upgrade the coal chemical industry chain but also marks a new phase in the large-scale application of industrial AI in coal deep processing. As the core digital partner, Supcon Technology will leverage its industrial AI-driven new architecture for intelligent enterprise operations to assist ChinaCoal Shaanxi in achieving “dynamic optimization” across the entire production chain, fully tapping into the commercial value of industrial AI in complex industrial scenarios.

Recently, the project kickoff meeting was successfully held at Supcon Technology Park, where senior leaders from ChinaCoal Shaanxi engaged in in-depth exchanges with the Supcon team. According to Color Masterbatch Industry Network, the Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base project will construct facilities with a capacity of 2.2 million tons of methanol per year, 900,000 tons of polyolefins per year, and supporting infrastructure, while also advancing a 250,000-ton-per-year LDPE/EVA chain extension project. Additionally, the project will involve the design and renovation of the central control room and the upgrade and replacement of the control system for over 60,000 points in the first phase, enabling seamless integration and efficient collaboration between the first and second phases and supporting ChinaCoal Shaanxi in building a modern management system and creating an intelligent demonstration project in the coal chemical industry.
