September 27, 2024 – Jiangsu Henghui Safety & Protection Co., Ltd. celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of its Hengyue Safety Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) Fiber Production Project in Rudong Economic Development Zone (High-Tech Zone). This project, serving as the second phase of the Henghui Safety Industrial Park, boasts a total investment of 1.25 billion yuan, marking another significant move by the company in the realm of functional safety and protective materials.
Spanning a vast area of 220 acres, the project aims to establish a modern production base integrating research and development, manufacturing, and sales. Upon full completion, the annual production capacity is expected to reach 12,000 tons of UHMWPE fibers, further solidifying Henghui Safety’s leading position in the global safety glove market. Leveraging its deep industry experience, advanced technological capabilities, and extensive international market network, Henghui Safety has established robust sales channels in over 60 countries and regions, fostering long-term partnerships with numerous renowned international brands.
According to Color Masterbatch Industry News, the Hengyue Safety UHMWPE Fiber Production Project represents not just an expansion of capacity but also a comprehensive overhaul of production modes. The project will incorporate cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, digitization, and informatization, enabling efficient and intelligent management of production operations. It strives to become a “lighthouse factory” leading the future of the safety and protection industry. Wang Xianhua, Chairman and General Manager of Henghui Safety, emphasized during the ceremony that the project would adhere to high-starting-point, high-level, and high-standard construction principles, propelling the entire safety industrial park towards a data-driven, visual, and real-time management model.
