From March 24th to 28th, PLASTICO BRASIL 2025, the premier event for the South American plastics industry, took place at the Sao Paulo Expo Center in Brazil, drawing nearly a thousand exhibitors and 45,000 professional visitors from around the globe. At the event, Haitian International showcased three models: the Zhafir ZE2300V-830h, the Haitian JU5500V/3450, and the Haitian MA3800H/1280PRO, tailored for the core application areas of packaging, automotive, and consumer goods. These models, with their technical highlights closely aligned with industry needs, exhibited outstanding technical advantages.
According to Color Masterbatch Industry Network, the Zhafir ZE2300V-830h model has been optimized for the packaging industry’s requirements, adopting a servo-hydraulic system and in-mold pressure-holding technology to achieve high-speed molding of PP cup lids with a 4-cavity mold in just 4.5 seconds, with a product weight of 13.5 grams. Its production efficiency and stability are at the industry’s forefront, attracting multiple South American food packaging companies to discuss cooperation.
The Haitian JU5500V/3450 model, equipped with Haitian’s smart manufacturing solution, offers a new path for efficient and stable production of automotive components. The compact design saves 10% of factory space, while the overall energy consumption is significantly reduced by 20%-40%. The on-site demonstration of an automotive front grille production solution, with a product weight of 504g and a molding cycle of only 28 seconds, fully showcased its notable advantages in large-size part production.
The Haitian MA3800H/1280PRO high-speed machine provides a more efficient solution for the consumer goods industry. Paired with Haitian’s smart manufacturing solution, it achieves high-speed production of PS fruit bowls at a shot speed of 450mm/s, with a molding cycle of just 6.3 seconds. The entire solution is not only efficient, stable, and energy-saving but also, thanks to its ultra-high injection speed and precise control technology, has become the preferred choice for local consumer goods companies upgrading their production lines.
