Fulihua Completes First Phase of High-Purity Quartz Sand Project

【Color Masterbatch Industry Network】July 26 news, recently, Fulihua revealed on an investor interaction platform that the first phase of its high-purity quartz sand project, a production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons, has been successfully completed and has reached its designed production capacity. This high-purity quartz sand will be mainly used in cutting-edge technological fields such as photovoltaic and optical communication. With a stable supply of ore and superb sand processing technology, the company plans to rationally plan its production capacity based on market dynamics and its own development strategy.

According to information obtained by the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, the “annual output of 20,000 tons of ultra-high purity quartz sand project” promoted by Fulihua is being implemented by its holding company, Hubei Fulihua Rongjian Technology Co., Ltd. This key project is located in Jianghan Salt Chemical Industrial Park, Qianjiang City, Hubei Province, with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The project is planned to be constructed in two phases. Currently, the first phase, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, has been completed with an investment of 100 million yuan.

Since its establishment in 1966, Hubei Fulihua Quartz Glass Co., Ltd. has developed into a well-known manufacturer of quartz materials and quartz fibers at home and abroad. It is worth mentioning that the company is one of the few enterprises in the world with mass production capability of quartz fibers. Currently, the company has five major production bases in Jingzhou, Qianjiang, Shanghai, Hefei, and Taizhou, and has established technology research institutes in Shanghai and Wuhan to continuously promote technological innovation and progress in the industry.
