Its subsidiary, Anhui Baoruiying New Material Co., Ltd., has invested 1 billion yuan in an intelligent polyester filament yarn production project covering 45 acres, which has officially commenced operation. The project adopts advanced recycled polyester fiber production technology, utilizing recycled waste mineral water bottles (PET waste plastic) to process high-quality dope-dyed polyester filament fiber and chemical fiber greige fabric, achieving efficient recycling of waste plastic.
According to the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, Anhui Baoruiying New Material has introduced 8 advanced equipment for yarn production and plans to gradually increase 20 texturing machines and 500 high-speed looms. The commissioning of these new devices is expected to increase the daily output of polyester fabric to 200,000 meters, further enhancing the company’s production capacity and market competitiveness.
