April 10, 2025 – From March 24th to 28th, PLASTICO BRASIL 2025, the largest plastic industry exhibition in South America, grandly opened at the São Paulo Expo Center in Brazil. According to AsiaMB, Haitian International carefully showcased three models at the event, namely the ZE2300V – 830h from Changfeiya, the JU5500V/3450 from Haitian, and the MA3800H/1280PRO from Haitian, targeting the three core application areas of packaging, automotive, and consumer goods. The technical highlights of these models were closely aligned with industry requirements, presenting outstanding technical advantages. The ZE2300V – 830h from Changfeiya, mainly aimed at the packaging industry, adopts a servo – hydraulic system and in – mold pressure – holding technology. It enables high – speed molding of PP – material cup lids in a 4 – cavity mold within 4.5 seconds, with a single product weighing up to 13.5 grams. When in production, this model offers both high efficiency and stability, successfully attracting several South American food packaging companies to come for cooperation negotiations. The JU5500V/3450 from Haitian, paired with the Haitian Intelligent Connected complete solution, has opened up a new path for the efficient and stable production of automotive parts. This equipment not only features a compact structure, saving 10% of factory space, but also significantly reduces the overall energy consumption by 20% – 40%. In the on – site demonstration of the automotive front grille production solution, the product weighs 504g and has a molding cycle of only 28 seconds, showing obvious advantages in the production of large – sized parts. The MA3800H/1280PRO high – speed machine from Haitian provides a more efficient solution for the consumer goods industry. This equipment, working in tandem with the Haitian Intelligent Connected complete solution, efficiently produces PS – material fruit bowls at an ultra – high injection speed of 450mm/s, with a molding cycle of only 6.3 seconds. The entire solution is not only efficient, stable, and energy – saving, but its extremely high injection speed and precise control technology also make it a popular choice for local consumer goods enterprises to upgrade their production lines.
